Chefs vie for Richfield ‘Frying Pan’ award – Salem Times-Register

In front of 50 residents and staff – some primed with cheerleading pom poms and noise makers – chefs carved, chopped, sauteed and arranged.

Richfield Retirement’s Chef Frederic Pauthonnier and challenger Chef Wayne Price squared off against each other, figuring out how they could use the “secret ingredient” under wraps on the prep table in front of them.
